This license plate light and bracket is very similar to the old time Hollywood accessories style that was available in the 1940's, 1950's and 1960's. The light bucket is chrome plated.
The bracket is polished stainless steel. The light is flush mounted with a space of about 1/2" behind the bracket. It has two 12 volt bulbs. With easy access for changing the bulbs. The short screws for attaching (the light housing to the body) can be replaced with longer ones if you need to go through thicker fiberglass or a thicker steel. The light housing measures 4-1/2" across by 2-7/8" top to bottom and is 1-1/2" deep. The bracket length, end to end is about 9" by about 7/8". The mounting pad is about 4-1/2" across by 2-7/8" top to bottom. It is about 1-1/2" deep.
