Universal 3″ rear leaf spring lowering block kit.This kit consists of 2 - 3″ aluminum blocks, 4 U bolts with 8 washers and 8 nuts.  The blocks are 2-3/16″ to 2-1/4″ wide. 4-7/8″ to 5″ long.  3″ high. 1/2″ pilot hole. 1/2″ dowel or alignment pin.  The U bolts are 10-1/2″ long by 7/16″thread and are 3″ center to center.  I have a set of these on my 1951 Mercury.

These will also fit 1949-1956 Mercurys and 1949-1956 Fords.  They can also be made to fit many different applications.  I have had customers use this same exact kit on older Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Plymouth, Dodge, and Studebaker.  Please be sure to check your measurements before you purchase this item.

These perches are needed when you install a leaf spring or move the leaf springs inboard.

These measure about 2-1/2″ wide and 5″ long. The hole for the center bolt is 1/2″
